Clickfunnels 2.0 Review: New Features and Pricing

In this Clickfunnels 2.0 review, we're going to take a look at the new Clickfunnels 2.0 platform: what features it has to offer, how it is different from Clickfunnels 1.0, and the best part - how you can get our exclusive Clickfunnels 2.0 bonus.

Let's dive straight into it!

When Was Clickfunnels 2.0 Released?

Clickfunnels announced the release of the 2.0 version during the Funnel Hacking Live event in 2021.

The release of the new platform was postponed a few times, but finally, on October 4, 2022, the signup for Clickfunnels 2.0 was opened to a broad audience.

If you can't wait to get your hands on Clickfunnels 2.0, you can start a free 14-day trial right now and explore all the features yourself.

By the way, if you use our link to create your Clickfunnels 2.0 account, you'll get free access to our Clickfunnels 2.0 Mastery course as a bonus. The course will help you to shorten the learning curve with the new platform and start building funnels in no time.

Clickfunnels 2.0 Pricing

One of the most popular questions about the new Clickfunnels platform is, of course, the pricing plans.

No wonder! You need to consider how much you're going to pay for the software, and what features you're going to get in return.

Right now, Clickfunnels 2.0 offers three pricing plans.

cf-2-point-0-pricing-2048x1542 png

The Basic plan is priced at $147/mo (or $127/mo if billed annually) and comes with a lot of limitations.

You can build only one site, have up to 20 funnels, 3 courses, 10,000 contacts, and 1,000 students for your courses.

Additionally, you can only have 1 admin user and 1 domain. While on this plan you'll have unlimited workflows, email sequences, pages, and products, you do NOT have access to API, share funnels, and affiliate management tool.

This plan also does NOT include the Clickfunnels Classic maintenance mode, meaning that you'll either have to pay for your Clickfunnels 1.0 subscription additionally, or will have to make sure that you move all your funnels to the new platform, and cancel the 1.0 subscription.

The Pro plan is priced at $197/mo (or $157/mo with the annual billing).

This plan still limits you to one site, but you have higher limits for other features.

With the Pro plan, you can have up to 100 funnels, 5 admin users, 3 domains, 15 courses, 10,000 students, and 25,000 contacts.

The Pro plan includes access to the affiliate management tool, API, share funnels, and Clickfunnels Classic maintenance mode.

Last but not least, the Funnel Hacker plan is right now priced at $297/mo if billed monthly (although that may change), and $208/mo billed annually.

With this plan, you have the way more flexibility and less limitations.

You can build three sites and an unlimited number of funnels. The Funnel Hacker plan includes almost all the features of the Pro plan, but with higher limits.

That said, you will be able to have up to 15 admin users, 9 domains, 200 courses, 20,000 students, 200,000 contacts, and advanced analytics instead of basic analytics that are available on the Basic and Pro plans.

No matter, which Clickfunnels 2.0 plan you're going to use in the future, you can start your free 14-day trial which gives access to the Funnel Hacker plan, and experience the new platform first hand.

Clickfunnels 2.0 vs Clickfunnels 1.0

Before we review the Clickfunnels 2.0 features, let's go over the major differences between the new platform and Clickfunnels Classic.

It's important to point out that Clickfunnels 2.0 is NOT just an updated and improved version of Clickfunnels 1.0. It's a separate platform that was also built from scratch using different technologies.

The new Clickfunnels 2.0 platform is meant to replace everything you need for your online business. That’s why Clickfunnels 2.0 is not just offering funnel-editing software. You can build a site, a blog, courses, independent pages, workflows, and much more.

Yes, Clickfunnels 1.0 also had a solution for email marketing and the possibility to build courses, but the main focus was still on funnels.

With the new platform, it changes, as the team wants to include everything that you’d need for your online business.

After the launch of Clickfunnels 2.0, the signup for Clickfunnels Classic was closed. It means that if you're already using Clickfunnels 1.0, you can either continue using it or put it into maintenance mode, but new users will only be able to create their accounts with Clickfunnels 2.0.

Now that you have a general idea of Clickfunnels 2.0, let's take a closer look at the new Clickfunnels 2.0 platform and its features!

Clickfunnels 2.0 Features Overview

Funnel Hub

The Funnel Hub is the main place from where you have an overview of your entire web presence using Clickfunnels 2.0.

From here, you'll be able to create and manage all the elements of your business, like domains, funnels, your site, blog, customer center, and much more.

With Funnel Hub, the new platform receives more structure and offers easier and faster access to different modules of your account.

Smart Visual Funnel Builder

The new smart funnel builder will allow to build more complex funnels with an easy-to-understand user flow.

You'll be able to:

  • create different funnel experiences based on the customer's behavior
  • split test based on the conditions of the known buyer
  • update funnels in real time as customers are going through them.

Additionally, real-time stats of your funnel will now be visible inside the funnel builder.

That means you can see what exactly is going on in the funnel and set conditions or filters accordingly.

Faster Load Speed

Load speed has never been a strong side of Clickfunnels. However, Clickfunnels 2.0 is supposed to solve this issue!

Based on the tests, the new platform will have a better loading speed. It also should load pages faster than every market competitor of Clickfunnels.

If that’s true, this is a crucial improvement, as the loading speed of your page influences the conversion rate.

Real-Time Analytics

Along with the analytics on the funnel page, Clickfunnels 2.0 provides an in-depth overview of your funnels’ performance.

“Custom reports” will tailor the analytics data to your requirements.

And if you need even more information, the “Live View” tab will show you what’s going on in your funnel in real time.

Universal Sections

In Clickfunnels 1.0, users can save sections as a template and use them on another page or funnel.

This is quite handy for headers or footers.

While this saves some time, imagine you have to update something in this section. You’ll have to go to every page where you used the section and manually adjust it!

Universal Sections in Clickfunnels 2.0 change this! You can now save a section as “Universal” and add it to your funnels or pages whenever you need it.

However, if you adjust something in this section, the changes will be automatically populated on every page where you added this universal section.

Team Collaboration & Simultaneous Page Editing

These new features will be extremely helpful to users who have multiple team members working simultaneously on their funnels. It's similar to the way Google Docs work.

First, you’ll be able to give access to different modules of your account based on the role of the team member. For example, your support team can access the support functionality but not the funnel editor. Or your funnel-building team can access the funnel editor but not the billing information of your account. Now you can decide!

Second, similar to Google Docs, you’ll now see in real-time who is editing the page, and where on the page they’re working.

Pretty cool, right?

Global Products

The Global Products feature gives the ability to use the same product throughout your account.

There's no need anymore to add products to each funnel separately as Clickfunnels 2.0 has a section called Products where you can add and manage all your products.

There, you’ll be able to set different price points, product variations, add photos of the products, descriptions, and inventory information. And once the product is created in the Product section, you can easily add it to any page or funnel where you want to use it.

Blog Builder

Now, users will be able to write and publish blog posts directly in Clickfunnels 2.0.

Moving your blog to Clickfunnels 2.0 has the potential of saving you money as you will not have to pay for another service to host your blog.

Creating and editing articles in the Clickfunnels 2.0 blog is also easy and straightforward as the blog uses the same drag-and-drop editor that is used for funnel building.

E-Commerce Features

Another top-notch feature the users of Clickfunnels 2.0 get access to is an e-commerce builder.

While this module was not available at the launch of the platform, presumably you can use it to build an e-commerce store with a shopping cart and member log-in capabilities in the future.

The adoption of e-commerce stores has never been a Clickfunnels’ objective. But it looks like now they are planning to compete with Shopify or other similar platforms.

On top of that, Clickfunnels 2.0 is planning to introduce cart funnels for individual products on your site.

At the first glance, they look sleek, and what’s more important, support mobile view.

Course Builder

As you can see in this Clickfunnels 2.0 review, the new platform will have a lot of amazing features to offer. But these are by far not all updates!

Clickfunnels 2.0 also presents an improved version of the membership areas (in other words, courses) where customers can access the content that they bought/got access to.

In the past, some Clickfunnels users switched to Kajabi because of the better course builder.

Maybe, the improvement of the course builder will become a reason to bring your courses back to Clickfunnels.

Not only is the course builder in Clickfunnels 2.0 more intuitive and user-friendly, but Clickfunnels is also hosting your course videos, optimizing, and caching them, so that you don't have to host your videos at Vimeo, Wistia, or YouTube.

Broadcasts & Automations

Clickfunnels 2.0 also gives a new life to their built-in autoresponder called Follow-Up Funnels.

The autoresponder gets the same look and feel that the funnel builder has, and is equipped with new functionality and advanced logic.

We find the new visual representation of the email sequences and workflows extremely comfortable to work with.

While right now, we consider ActiveCampaign the best solution for your email marketing, we’re excited to see how much functionality and flexibility Clickfunnels’ 2.0 autoresponder will be able to offer.

Not just the autoresponder flow got improved, but also the email editor itself received an upgrade. It has got an easy-to-use UI and new useful features like split-testing email subject lines.

Customer Center

This module of the platform includes your customers’ lead magnets, courses, order tracking information, billing information, invoice history, etc.

If your customer buys any digital product from you, they can log into the customer center and easily access it.

The Customer Center makes it easy to manage all aspects of the interaction with your customers by keeping everything in one place.

Clickfunnels 2.0 Review - Conclusion

As you can see in this Clickfunnels 2.0 review, the new platform differs a lot from the Clickfunnels Classic we all are used to.

It feels like the Clickfunnels team put a lot of thought into the platform’s structure, UI, and new features.

The only thing that is left for you is to start your free 14-day trial of Clickfunnels 2.0 and experience the new platform firsthand.
